Who we are Our trustees and patrons Our trustees and patrons Our Trustees Graham Crane - Graham is our Chairperson and works as a Business Analyst and Accountant. He joined our Trustee Board in 2017 and has several years experience working as a treasurer and trustee of a small national charity. He is also parent of a child with a disability. Gemma Jones - Gemma is a HR Business Partner who lives and works in Herefordshire. She qualified as a teacher before retraining as a human resources practitioner. She is CIPD Assoc. qualified and a mum of four. Gemma became involved with Marches Family Network in 2018, wanting to support the fantastic and often undervalued work they do for the county. Nickatie Morgan - Nickatie joined our trustee board in 2018. She is a Bowen therapist by training and spends her time treating people, horses and dogs. Up until very recently Nickatie ran this business alongside spending 10 years managing the Day Services and Therapy teams at St Michael’s Hospice. She has a degree in Applied Health Sciences and her dissertation was on working with and supporting carers, which is one of Nickatie's passions. Nickatie now looks after her step son, who has epilepsy and special needs. Marches Family Network is governed by a volunteer trustee board who meet on a monthly basis. We are looking for trustees who are passionate about creating a society that includes everyone. We are particularly interested in hearing from people who have experience of social care, childcare, charities, business, or disability issues. Our Patrons Felicity Norman - Cllr Felicity Norman is a well known Leominster town councillor, representing the Green party in Leominster West. She held the office of Mayor in 2015-16 and is currently Vice-Chair of the Children and Young People Scrutiny Committee. Felicity has a strong interest in supporting children and young people and we are delighted that she agreed to become our patron in May 2016.
